By ordering at Glamurista, you will receive your handcrafted jewellery beautifully wrapped, in a box, with a 'Certificate of Authenticity'. We offer a free and fully insured delivery service straight to your doorstep.
How Long Will Your Item Take to Arrive?
If your item is in stock, it will arrive within 5 business days. Although most items are 'Special Order' items, made to fit our clients perfectly and production time usually takes 10 business days, with an additional 5 business days for shipping. So you should get your fully personalised item within 3 weeks.
How Will Your Item be Delivered?
Once your item is ready, we will send it via international DHL delivery service, fully insured and free of charge. For security reasons, there will be no indication of what the parcel contains. If you ordered your jewellery for a surprise proposal or gift, rest assured the item will be delivered discreetly at your convenience. Your jewellery will be carefully wrapped and placed in luxurious packaging.
How do I Return My Item?
Orders can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, including VAT. Please note that damaged or engraved jewellery cannot be returned. Your refund will usually be sent to you within 10 working days, but it can take up to 30 working days depending on the method of payment used. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@glamurista.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Vaidilutes g. 53, LT-10100, Vilnius, Lithuania.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as engraved products. Special order products are also final and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
